A few things:

Minecraft 1.4

The server will be updated to Minecraft 1.4 once their is a stable version of Bukkit with working plugins (this means the core plugins, world guard etc).
untill the server is updated, keep a copy of your minecraft 1.3.2 jar if you decided to play 1.4 otherwise do not update.
