iZone very buggy

iZone has been very buggy since 1.0.0 (this is the region protection pluggin, that protects your realestate). It has been throwing exceptions and hemorrhaging RAM at an accelerated rate. This cannot continue.
I will be trying to upgrade to World Guard, all 99 zones that are currently installed. This will take some time. I will do a lot of this work in the next week. Expect frequent server stoppages.
