NPC Permissions Empty NPC Permissions

I'm currently having some permissions issues with my Npcs that I own. This has been happening for a while and I don't think I'm the only one with this issue.


I Do Not have permission to

* Rename the Npc

* Reset the chat of the Npc

But I have permission to:

* Create an Npc with a desired name

* Add to the Npc's text

* Change the Npcs name color

* Add items and remove items from the Npc

* Move the Npc to my location

* Toggle whether the Npc will look at players or not

* Delete my Npc

yeah im having similar troubbles.. mainly npc re-naming.
