Im just confirming if its true that Builders will be able to repair tools or not? or other abilities similar to the alchs who are able to teleport.

Me and Jono were just talking and Jono brought up that it would be quite helpfull to have the up command for building

It's called /top

/top teleports you from your current position to the highest free space available directly above your head. I will, of course, associate a cost with it.
