The time with TP

i know that the time with /home /spawn and all is not too bad but i figured /tp /tphere not such a good idea in my opinion
what if somebody was doing something like griefing or whatever and you try to tp them to u hmm..
they will just move
and if u tp to them u will have to find them because of the three seconds they will be long gone
also i think it would be great if we had a 'suggestions' section
